Don't blame me if you a expert and using OE :) Outlook express is vanilla enough for a novice user as lacks of features. I like it, even used it for work as well. even though in early stage of development, it proved kinda acceptably stable. If you want some calendar stuff then, consider mozilla sunbird. Just wonder why need to pay just for downloading email. Mozilla Thunderbird on the other hand, lack of some calendar, exchange server stuff but really kickass, reliable, nearly limitless extension will provide you more than standard mail client.

Unless you have a hefty amount of money then Outlook 2003 would be everything. Then for some reasons, if you want to move to pop service provided by google. No fancy, no-nonsense, just the pure functionality. The interface is nice, fast & furious :), with lots of cool feature.Īlso, I use as homepage which provide a preview for your inbox. if you broadband like mine, I'd suggest you stay with that webmail interface. for gmail, it depends on what kind of connection you are on.
